Join a South Asian community focused practice with Juhee Kumar to consider what we are calling in for this next lunar cycle with a guided practice inspired by August’s new moon and a community discussion. As we move through summer, take some time to join us for a reflection on new beginnings amongst fellow South Asian folks in the abcdyogi community. This practice will include a community check-in, as well as a guided meditative and gentle movement practice.
Thursday, August 21 @ 8a PT | 11a ET | 4p GMT | 8:30p IST
