Join us every third-Tuesday for our monthly Solidarity Practice, an online donation-based class offering gentle movement and meditative practices for a class where we meet in service of our personal and collective liberation. This class is a dedicated to the liberation of all oppressed beings and our hope is to come together in solidarity for a shared practice.

In a world shaped by systems of oppression, it’s important to come together in community dedicated to facilitating healing for those us open to the suffering of the world and to raising awareness for the plight of oppressed people around the world. This is a practice to realign with ourselves while remaining committed to our collective liberation.

What to Expect:

  • a 45 minute practice that is focused on gentle movement, breathwork, and meditative practices

  • time for community discussion and check in

  • a virtual space rooted in the values of the abcdyogi community

70% of proceeds are donated monthly to rotating charities, mutual aid groups, or grassroots organizations working toward justice, equity, and care. The cost to register is $10 but please email us at takeover@abcdyogi.com to inquire about sliding scale options.
